12 rooms, lounges, a patio and a small garden
Thanks to the recent extension project (2022 - 2023) Ses Sucreres has doubled its capacity. All rooms are bright, quiet and spacious.
Each room has a private bathroom with shower.
All of them are equipped with an aerothermic air-conditioning system, either cold or hot depending on the season, with an air renovation system, a fan if that is enough for you in the summer, and a towel warmer in the bathroom for the chilly months.
Four of them even have a small kitchen.

Both houses have two floors and n o l i f t.
| five double rooms
- Three standard double rooms: nº21, 22 and 32 are located in the original Ses Sucreres and measure between 20 and 26m2. Each is equipped with a 160x200cm bed and can accommodate a total of 2 people.
- Two familiar double rooms: nº33 and 34 are located in the new building and measure between 22 and 28m2 with a mezzanine. Bedroom 33 has a king size bed 180x200 and bedroom 34 has a queen size bed 160x200. The mezzanines with two single beds (90x190cm) in each room can accommodate a total of 4 people including 2 persons up to 17 years old.
| two superior double rooms
The two superior double rooms (35 and 36) are located in the extension of Ses Sucreres. They are both equipped with a small kitchen (cooking hob, fridge, sink and hood) and can accommodate a total of 3 people including 1 person up to 15 years old. They measure between 22 and 24m2 and have a 180x200cm.
| three suite rooms
Each of the suites (11, 12 and 31) measures between 30 and 35m2 and is located in the original Ses Sucreres. All of them have a 180x200cm bed and two of them have a comfortable sofa bed 175x195cm which can be prepared for 1 person up to 17 years old on request.
| two pocket apartments
1 & 13, two areas of the original bulding converted into pocket apartments of between 35 and 40m2.
Pocket apartment nº1(one room pocket apartment) is located on the ground floor of the original building and is adapted for people with reduced mobility.
In addition to the small kitchen that both apartments have, this one also has a small fireplace for the winter months.
The pocket apartment nº13 (two rooms pocket apartment) is located on the first floor of the original building (no lift). It is a generous space with 2 rooms (master bedroom, living room with a sofa-bed 175x195cm + bathroom and small kitchen).
In both pocket apartments you will find a small kitchenette, simple but well equipped (induction hob, fridge, sink and extractor fan), a 180x200cm bed and a very comfortable sofa bed 175x195cm that can accommodate a total of 4 people, including two people up to 17 years old.
